Have you tried eBay's message system, "ask the seller a question?"

Sometimes where there is a single item in a lot that you can't find anywhere else, I'll end up buying the lot just to get the item, then I'll resell the lot. Since you have the game, you can test that PCB and then hopefully list it as working, and you might come out ahead.

Buying the lot just for the decals seems crazy, but that's what collecting for you :)

Yes, I tried to ask him a question, but he refused 'other' questions at the list, so I cannot contact him through eBay. In other words he says 'what is here is what you get - period'.

Another issue with this particular item is that he won't ship outside USA, and I'm from Brazil :(. So I'd try to find someone here that wants that specific game to make a good deal for both. I just want the decals but maybe someone else wants the other parts, so we could buy it together and split the items of the lot. But since there are lots of Jail Break PCB's for sale, I think it will be hard to find someone interested...

I'm not sure what you mean when you say he refused "other" questions... From the auction, I was able to click "contact seller," then the "other" radio button, then click "continue" and it took me right to the form used to contact the seller.

By 'refused' I mean that I can't do another question to him. Maybe because I'm a foreign customer. After clicking at the "continue" button, an eBay page shows me a message saying:

"We're sorry we couldn't find an answer for you. Unfortunately, this seller is not able to respond to your question. We suggest reviewing the item again to see if your answer is in the seller's listing."

So I'm unable to contact him. Would you please ask him if he wants to sell only that decal set for me and make an International ship available? I have PayPal and I've bought lots of things from other eBay sellers without any problem.

I bought my untested Cruisin' board w/ plexi marquee and Jaleco harness. The price of the auction was the same too. The board looked well taken care of and the item was packed very well in an anti-static pink bubble bag. The board ended up working too! So every part of my transaction was spectacular.

1. Why would he break up a set?
2. Why would he ship outside the US when he won't even ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico?

It's really not worth it to ship to foreign countries if you normally use a UPS account. Trip to Post office. Wait in Line. Fill out forms. Argue with customer about lying on the price (gift). It's just a big hassle and not worth the trouble to export inexpensive items.

I'm not trying to be a jerk, I'm just giving you a sellers perspective. I sell a $20 product that I deposit in my mailbox and raise the flag. If someone wants me to export it, I tell them to find other sellers of the same item. In fact, I have all foreign bidders blocked for all my auctions because I hate going to the post office.
