Does anything happen to tubes if they sit out in the elements for years?

So i have come across a pile of arcade tubes at a warehouse, however they have been sitting outside for years (very sad i saw a couple of 6100's), my question is are they still any good? This place gets very wet and snow almost yearly, they have been sitting outside, some are in boxes (which are now denigrated into pieces.) under a pine tree.

Does the elements affect tubes left out in them by moisture getting in the anode hole?
