It's really sad that just about every thread on KLOV winds up like this. I am happy that the seller remains objective regardless of the morons bogging down his thread, I would really like to see his friend get that Samurai and take alot of detailed pictures.
If you're so concerned about this idiot sellers fraud scheme, then why don't you contact him and argue about it? I'm sure he'd just love you hear your unwanted opinion that had no place here to begin with.
It could be worse though, and the guy could be asking 2000$ for just the Samurai. It's an amazing deal if you can get everyone to go in on the buy.

All of ebay is fraud.
All the people selling items for $.01 w/ $100 shipping are committing fraud.
All the people charge 3-5x shipping are committing fraud.
All the sellers who renege on deals are committing fraud.
The only time ebay cares is if they lose their fees. They're the real frauds. I have never sold on ebay and I never will.
theres no bids on the auction. cut the power cords off the games. then they wont be working anymore and thats a valid reason to end the auction. so far the seller is only on the hook for insertion fees.

Looks like we are still in thus far, as long as those who PM'd me are still commited we should be good to go. Still waiting on a couple of pictures from the seller but if that goes through okay then I will PM all parties involved and collect Paypal fees tomorrow. Hopefully this will work out.

Since I can't seem to get any satisfactory answers from the seller on Condition of Games and the degree of what he considers "Working" I may be calling this off guys.... As much as I want to see this happen it just seems like a major chance we would all be taking. Randy is willing to chance it on the Samurai but if those cabs have water damage, don't work right, have other problems of any kind I don't want a bunch of Klovers getting screwed.... If I can't get pictures or a straight answer by tomorrow then the deal is probably off. I'll keep you posted.

Still no response back with additional pictures or details on working status. I'm officially out. I appreciate all who were willing to try to make this work, but in this case the seller is just being too difficult. Hopefully he is bluffing about destroying them and we will see them back on ebay in a month or so.....
If the seller is selling it and the buyer is buying it and it's all paid for outside of eBay, can you tell me where the fraud is?
I'm no lawyer, but to me it seems that it's a breach of contract issue between the seller and eBay.

You say that you got a full refund from the seller not sending the metal plate with the CPU? In which of course you promptly returned the pcb's/CPU to the seller as it would immoral and fraud-like to keep them, after receiving a full refund. So you did send them back right?
