Does anyone repiar D9200 Chasis?

Disconnect the connectors for the degaussing cables. I think that there are two on the 9200's and see if it clears up.

Yeah, there is the normal 2 pin ones that go to the neck board and the chassis and then there is a smaller 2 wire one that goes to the chassis as well.

I will try that, thanks.

Yup, that did it. Disconnecting the smaller one that connects to a degaus ring around the yoke cleared it up.

Is it safe to just leave that unplugged?

Well sort of, it won't do any harm to leave it disconnected but your no longer degussing the monitor on startup so you may see some color issues if you move the game around. I've left it disconnected on one of my 9200's and it hasn't been an issue for over a year now. The trick seems to be to not move it when it is on.

Well, it won't break anything to leave it disconnected, but it DOES mean there's still something wrong with your monitor -- your degaussing circuit isn't shutting off for some reason. Whether that bothers you enough to figure out why, is up to you.

?

I told ed but heres what wrote to him..
he had the rotation coil hook to the manual degausser..

You need to hook up the raster rotation coil, the coil arouind the yoke.
to the 2 pin loc@w105
the raster may be tilted and thats the trim pot VR101 that you adjust
its not in the OSD menu and the degausser needs to be hooked up too.
the 2 pin near the power plug is not used thats only when you want to degauss
manually..
