I think Zinfer means the AVG Zektor.
Elektronforge sell the AVG Chips for the Vector PCBs, not the larger Zektor AVG PCBs for mame

I believe that'd be the ZVG, not AVG.
But yeah... I know what you mean about the padding around the legs. I thought the same thing when I got mine... luckily I ordered enough other stuff that the whole box was filled with lots of packing, so they survived. I did order two though... I always order two of anything that I need one of.

ZVG is the Zektor Vector Generator ( http://www.zektor.com/zvg/index.html ), which the others in the thread were referring to, while confusing the name with an AVG. They're no longer available new from the MFG.
BTW, I see you're in Vegas... are you planning on going to CGE ( http://www.cgexpo.com/ ) in a couple weeks? I'll be out there for it... it'd be nice to meet up with a few KLOVers if anyone's gonna be there. It's more geared toward classic video games in general (a lot of consoles), but has a lot of arcades as well.
