Documentation/schematics found - what to do with it?

I have two decent sized boxes here of late 70s/early 80s documentation. TV schematics, repair guides, CB/telephone stuff, diagnostic equipment manuals. I'm not sure what I can do with them here but I'm cleaning shelves out and need to part with it. There is no way I have time to scan it all and a lot of it's bigger than any scanner I have access to anyway.

Suggestions? I'd hate to just toss this stuff. It's probably too heavy to ship economically.

I agree that it seems wrong to just throw it away, but I dunno who would need something like that (I assume it's not arcade related stuff?). Not many people are looking to repair their 80's TVs these days ;) . But, shipping probably wouldn't be too bad, if you ship Media Mail... but again, that's assuming anyone, anywhere, wants it.

Is there an upper limit for media mail? We're talking 30-40 pounds.

Media Mail is good up to 70lbs (I think 30-40 lbs is pretty common). It says 30 lbs is $13.69, 40 lbs is $17.59 (pretty reasonable if you find someone who wants them).
