Yeah, the whole with is missing, you can see the out line where it was, but somebody removed it.

Figure 23 of the Owners Manual shows the light/speaker assembly.

So is there a wooden thing up there behind the marquee, with the speaker mounted behind a vertical piece? If so, just the bulb mount may be missing. The starter and ballast are located behind the vertical piece, near the speaker.

If you are missing the entire light/speaker assembly, you may need to find someone parting out a Centipede; or build yourself one from someone's measurements.
