Do you think MasterFygar would like this?

I think he would! Thanks for pointing this out to me, it looks very promising. Love the Oratorio Tangram-esque cabinet design :D

I'll keep an eye on this and Tank! Tank! Tank! both. I'd like to have one or the other eventually since I'm still regretting passing on a free Tokyo Wars a couple of years back (great game, Tankx3 is pretty much a sequel) and these look a bit better. right now Tankx3 has the advantage since it's four player and has giant monsters but this looks like a very serious game... if the game is as cool as the cabinet, it'll be a hard decision1

I am glad! Virtual-On is a great game, I wish they would make a new one with updated graphics and mechanics. I wish Sega would get the rights to Gundam and would do a Gundam version... Most Gundam games suck, Dynasty Warriors crap.

BTW do you have any of these VO models? They go together just like the Gundam ones:

Indeed it is, glad to hear another KLOVer acknowledge its existence! :D There was actually a sequel to Virtual On called Oratorio Tangram which received a VERY (about ten units) limited American release with faster, more complex gameplay and slightly better graphics. I have the 360 version with online (the reason I bought the system) and it's actually really good. Later a new team got the rights and made Force, a four player game with better graphics coming out on the 360 soon as well, and then Marz, which was an abomination to gaming in general @_@ I've been told by some of the folks from Oratan (VO forum I frequent) that a new Gundam game is being tested in Japan that is supposedly a cockpit style simulator in the style of Virtual On, I only hope it ends up better than previous ventures.

And no, I don't... I have three nonposeable figures of 2P colored Raiden, Viper II and Temjin, but until you posted that link I haven't been able to find the model kits for a decent price. I may just have to order one of those, even though I'm scared to death of attempting that kind of model (painting is something I do not trust myself with :D). I'm also planning on buying a couple of Raiden figures from a guy on Oratan. Any interest in some posable non-model kit figures (not in box unfortunately) of the original VRs? He has Viper, Temjin, Apharmd, Fei Yen and Raiden for sale for 15 euro each, I can get you in touch with him if you're interested. I can't right now as I blew all my extra dough on a 360 to play Oratorio Tangram :D

Those models are REALLY easy to assemble, no glue and no painting necessary! My daughter put together a Gundam Exia when she was 4. I just had to put on the stickers. Some people like to paint them, but in Japan the most people do is use Gundam Markers:

All I ever used on my Gundams was a Sharpie, black one in the groves and a orange one to tint the clear plastic blade on this one:

This is not the one I put together, it is in my office so I don't have a picture:

Wow, I honestly never would have thought of it being that simple xD

I have no excuse now for buying at least one. Thank you for showing me the light :D
