Do you own your childhood arcade?

I do not own any of my "childhood arcades". 1 was at the local mall, 1 was at a local pizza shop, and the last one was on Main Street in a town about 10 miles from my house.

All 3 are now gone. The pizza shop is still there, but I do not believe that it holds any arcade games any longer. It always had Asteroids, and they would switch out the 2nd game. At one point it was Commando (loved playing that there), and then, Paperboy.

I put up a For Rent sign on my building. Some local guy was not scared when I told him what I wanted for it. Having shitty roofers pushed me in that direction.

Many years ago, some guy was going to tar my flat roof. I pre-paid him for the work to be done. We went to the bar to talk about it, and he bought me a drink with my money. That is the only benefit that I got from what I paid him. Later, another guy applied some tin to my roof. He must have done my pitched roof fine. It does not leak. On the flat portion, he did not do it properly. The thin seam leaked. It was not much at the time. It got worse and now the drywall ceiling has dropped.
