do you like to keep your games 'all-orig' or just plain "running"?
When I was troubleshooting my Omega Race a bit, I swapped out the linear PS for another one that I had. I've since found out the original one is still good, so I will be swapping it back in because it's the original board for the game. How do I know? Because the game's serial number is stamped on it. I don't know if that's still done for all current games, but as many know, the "classics" were all built with the game unit's serial number stamped or stickered on all of the game components.
Now I'm not dead-set hardcore about keeping all of the numbers original, but I like to when it's feasible. Maybe it's the classic car motorhead in me bleeding through..
Just thought I'd see what everyone else here does with their games in regard to this, or if they're just plain happy to know that when the time comes to power up the game, it works (the number on the components is irrelevant)
