Do you know what this is?

Hot difficult would it be to cut something like a stunt cycle.. It's done in some sort of sheet metal.. take a look at the pic.. my concern though is the curves but if you think you can than I would love to have mine replaced. .it has a decent size scratch just below the controller....

If you can screen onto the panels, there is a demand for Berzerk panels. A run was done a while ago but now you can't find them. When they come up on eBay, they go for a lot of money.

When they go up on ebay, now, they get listed as NOS. The "NOS" CP I bought was most definitely a repro. Not all that cool but meh I got it for a good price.

Totally doable. Anyone else interested in these? I'm a little more inclined to work on those special buttons first, though. Those seem to be common among the older b&w Atari games. I've never seen them available as NOS anywhere, though. As soon as I get a couple samples in my hands, I'll be all over those!

Panels are cut, formed and welded. They're in (ahem) powdercoat process as I type this. :) I should have them available shortly. They look VERY nice so far - I'm pleased with the overall look/feel/quality. They're turning out to be a perfect reproduction part.

Dave, any update on the MH CP?

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Atari reproduction control panels

Ahh, here's the thread about control panels. :)

I cut nearly ever panel on my list before I ran of time on the laser cutter. The laser is now running PAYING jobs at least for the next 7 or 8 weeks, so my timing was perfect. Now it's only a matter of bending, powdercoating and screen printing (if necessary).

These are the panels:

Lunar Lander
Asteroids
Asteroids Deluxe
Battlezone
Missile Command Upright (I still need a cockpit version to measure up)
Major Havoc
Paperboy
720
Assault
Star Wars Upright
Star Wars Cockpit

Like I said, all of the above are already cut. There's still a bit of work to do, but they've all progressed from the initial 3D modeling stage, at least.
