Please post a pic of it in it's current setting. I don't have one, but it is my next on list of wants. Maybe I can live vicariously though some of you lucky bastards.

This was another game I played the hell out of as a kid. Now I play it and the suck factor is huge. Man I miss being a kid.

That's a Deluxe. BTB, These machines are like pieces of art for me. Do they need to be played 24/7 to be viable competitors in my arcade? Hellz no. You young fucks with your JAMMA and hardrives and running water will never understand. Oh well.

I agree with the arts. It is of big importance to me, otherwise it would have never come to the garage. It was converted to a multi (with the SI in it) becuase the BW chassis was gone. Cost was the same, and the one game gets a little old, so I figured, what the hell. My wife loves the simplicity of the game. We use to have high score tourneys on it.

So now that you're obsessed with your space theme, are you getting rid of every non-space related game? If not now, it's just a matter of time for you...

Oh, sorry- no Space Invaders for me.

Here's a picture of my Deluxe. It was the first game I ever bought and the game that got me into the hobby. I played it as a kid in my grandmother's bar which is now my bar. This one is in great shape and I put the 8-1 kit in it. It gets quite a bit of playing time. This is actually my second one. The only thing I don't like is I wish I had the glass bezel like my last one. I don't like the plexiglass. JAMMA SCHMAMMA.

I like my SID for its historical importance but I honestly don't play it much. It was my parents favorite game on the Atari 2600 so I kind of like having it in the row for that reason.

Space Invaders BLOWS. Cool historical piece, boring ass game. It just didn't hold up. I really liked it when I was a kid but I can't stand playing it today.

And calm down with the space theme! You are out of control!

You're dead to me. You hear me?! Dead! I hate you! **Slobbing quietly** Dead. *

*PS, your things will be out in the street for easy pickup.
