They look fine. Remember, a transformer's output voltage is directly proportional to it's input voltage. So, for instance, a 12v transformer that's wound with a ratio of 12:1. With 120v input, you get 12v output. But with 115v input, you get 11.5v output. Transformer output voltage also varies dependant on load. If you measure a 12v transformer with no load at all, expect it to read higher than normal. You don't have the "precision" voltage outputs until you get to the output of a regulated power supply.
