And this is exactly why each and every internet purchase should be made with a credit card. Do a charge back on him. If that won't make him jump nothing will.

I "won" a 25" replacement yesterday from funlcd. I submitted an offer, they countered, I accepted and paid.

Today I get a message saying that in addition to the $83.50 I paid for shipping that ebay invoiced me, I would have to pay an additional $55 shipping "per the add description". Nowhere in the auction or shipping description does it say shipping is subject to whatever. If shipping is not $83.50, then they should not be using the ebay shipping calculator.

bullshit. however, I'm considering just going through with it then threatening him with a negative feedback unless he refunds the $55.

Anyways, if anyone is having issues with these guys, here is their current phone number:
909-723-4786

Where are you located that they are trying to charge you $140 in shipping for a 25" lcd monitor?

$83 seems way too high let alone $140 for shipping.

Help

Of course I find this thread now... ...Typical!!! I just got one of these monitors and it worked for like 20 seconds. the picture was bad so we unplugged it to check things out before touching any pots. Plugged it back in and nothing. No picture and there is a beeping noise coming from the chassis. Since you all had some kind of bad experience with these monitors does anyone know if they can be repaired? Is the chassis bad altogether? If anyone can help me out I'd really appreciate it. I'm so disappointed. Do I just try and find another monitor even though this one is brand new and looks so perfect or do I try and fix it?
