I took the boards out of my DK upright to test out a mini. When I put them back in the upright I noticed the screen had some jitter kind of deal on the far left side edge.

On the barrel boards for example on the far left edge the girders seem to droop a little to the south on the end and kind of vibrate and then go back to normal if that makes sense. I was going to take a picture but its pretty hard to capture.

Figured I would ask the experts on hee before I go dicking around with things.

Monitor was perfect before I took the boards out.. all I did was pull the boardset and move the cab to get at the back.

It has a edge connector so not much to do there.. everything seems connected just fine.

Most likely one of the position pots on the game PCB, not the monitor. It's a pretty common thing. You can usually mess with the pots and its sorts itself buy you may eventually need to replace the pots.

cool that would make sense since I was handling the boards.. probably bumped one of the pots.

thats kind of what I thought but I wanted to check before I just started tweaking things that dont need to be touched. I have a habit of making things worse when I start to trouble shoot.

I have the exact same thing happening with mine. However, it once the game has been running for like 20 minutes. It's fine when you first turn it on until about 20 minutes in. Then the slight waving occurs.

i stock the correct fitting 50K pots for them if you need them and adjusting doesn't work.
