I have an original harness that I acquired for my DK restore. I was going to use my Dokert but then this one came along so I decided to go all original on it and save the Dokert for another project. My harness that I received has three parts. One is for the control panel and the other two are power connectors (I believe). I had originally thought that I didn't have the whole harness because I saw others for sale that had like 7parts to it. I went to preparing my cab and saw that I had the parts for the service switch, coin meter, coin mechs, video, and audio inside the cab. I felt dumb then because I was about to yap at the person I bought the harnss from. Anyways, my question is...

do both or the power connectors get hooked up to the board or is it like a kit made for multiple types of power supplies an you use one based on the PS you have???

This may be vague, I can take photos or provide other info if need be. I have to go to the hardware store next week to get the last couple items I need and I can get this game put together. I just didn't want to mess up my PCB by supplying too much power or something dumb like that.

I believe the original harness has 2 power plugs, one for each side of the pcb.

That's what I thought. I just need someone to flat out confirm this for me before I plug it in. DK boards ain't cheap. Thanks for the confidence builder though. Anyone with a DK who can chime in???

10 pin (10P) connector goes from the power supply to the video board and the 9 pin (9P) connector goes from the power supply to the CPU board. You shouldn't be able to mix them up.

9P to P9 on CPU board, 10P to Video Board.
