Wow. Is C128 split like a hamburger? Don't see that every day!
Those are ceramic bypass capacitors. They should be marked with a 3-digit code. To translate it, first write down the first 2 digits. The third digit is a number of zeros to append (multiplier). That gives you the value in picofarads (pF). But they are usually referred to in microfarads (uF).
Example:
Marking is "104" -> 100,000 pF. You would order 0.1uF caps to replace them.
If there is no marking visible, check the other caps. They are most likely all the same. If you can't find any markings just replace it with a 0.1uF.
