Man this is so cool, but for me to get everything I would want it would be very expensive! :D

Awesome product though! Of course I just got ArcadeShop's Nintendo pass-through adapter. $35 vs yours for $25.

I just finished installing this kit with DK/DK2 and DKJR. I also used the pin to edge connector. I'll have DK3 installed when I get the mounting plate sorted.

Everything installed like a snap. Great product!

This sounds awesome! Any online instructions available to give a preview of what needs to be hooked up, etc.?

Production versions of the DK Multi Selectors are now available.

Run up to 4 PCB's in one cab.

Typical configurations include:

DK,DKJR, DK3 & Jamma in a DK cab
Popeye, Mario Bros & Jamma in a Popeye or Mario Bros Cab

More info & pricing available here:

Thanks

Wow, awesome work. I can run JAMMA (ArcadeSD) in my DK without having to rewire anything? Sold!

Yeah - this is definitely a cool new addition!

I'm not sure if you already know about the ArcadeSD issue, though:

The ArcadeSD, older Arcadeshop and bootleg versions will be a challenge if you want to run along with the DK boards. None of those (3) Jamma multi boards were designed to have a feature that allows for 'screen image flipped' mode. The default position that the Nintendo cabs are in, those boards will show with the screen flipped upside down. MOST jamma boards (and multis) have a dip switch setting to allow for screen image flipping - but unfortunately, the previous mentioned do not - ugggh...

All of the original DK series boards (from what I have found) do not have a screen flip mode dip switch setting, meaning there is only one way for it to show...so if you want to run BOTH ArcadeSD and the original DK series boards this currently won't work. If you only want to run and ArcadeSD in your DK cab, then you could either flip the monitor or flip the yoke wires to solve that issue.

I tried to see if Clay could possibly address this and add that feature, but no luck (so far) as posted here recently (read post 2167, 2168 & 2169):

I solved that by splicing into the yoke wires and extending them to the coin door.
I am able to swap the wires without pulling the cab away from the wall.
I still need to shut down the monitor before swapping the wires though.
I used 600v pins, connectors and wire to handle the voltage from the horiz. coil wires.
I also put the connectors on in such a way that the vert. and horiz.
connectors can't be crossed by mistake.
I am using the 6-1 switcher but he same thing should work with this unit.

Ugh. The lazy side of me is telling me to just keep mine running an original PCB. :)

Once I actually find a decent DK cab locally I'm going to have to get one of these switchers :)

Noob question here, but it looks as though the JAMMA adapter has an onboard video inverter which means you don't have to flip any yoke wires, correct?

Also, if I only wanted to run an Arcadeshop or 60-1 in my DK, do I need the switcher board or could I just use the JAMMA adapter?

The Arcadeshop board does not have a screen flip option like the other multi-boards
so when running it on a Nintendo machine with vertical monitor the image is upside
down. This in my opinion is a glaring design omission which should be addressed by
the board designer, but probably never will unless more people complain about it.

To run the DK JAMMA adapter the DK switcher board is required.

Thanks for answering my questions, Mike. Again, great work.

The link isn't working for this...

Is there an online manual I can look through?

I have an original DK harness, and want to hookup D2K, DK Jr, and DK 3. That should be fine, right? I'm assuming that's what most people are going for.

Maybe add a crazy kong to the 4th slot....
