Will a cap kit fix this:

Thanks for the help! Rodger

You have a vertical compression (foldover) on the left side. A cap kit will fix it, because I had the same problem on mine. As far as the other noise... it's possible, but I can't be sure. It seems like you have more than one problem. FYI, there's a thread on here that contains a Mouser cap kit list that contains more caps than the one Bob Robert includes. Because the Sanyo is such a bitch to cap I recommend you get this kit and the audio amp kit, to tackle everything at once.

Search "Mouser" in thread titles and you should be able to locate the thread. Purchase the Sanyo Hi-temp and the Sanyo audio kits.

Looks like the game board or cables to me. Check cable connections, cold solders, and reseat and/or clean the chips on the game board.

Ill check the cables. Its not the game board because it plays fine in my other DK machine. And my other board does the same thing with this monitor.

Found the thread a few things are on backorder. Do you think this monitor is fixable or should I just replace it ?

cap it... Mouser constantly discontinues caps for whatever reason, all you have to do is search for values that are out of stock and you'll find dozens of replacements that are the same value. Then delete the Out of Stock caps from your order...

I had the same problem, cap kit fixed it.

Make sure the B+ is at the proper level when you first fire it back up.

should be just a cap kit. you just have a severe case of jail bars, and the vertical foldover. you can check the cables like others have suggested, but in my experience with the same game and same monitor issues, a cap kit fixed it.
