Hello all I'm not quite sure how to even describe the issue but basically if my machine is off for a short amount of time I have to turn it off and then back on multiple times sometimes 5 to 7 times for the garbage on the screen and the waviness to settle down and show the screen properly.

Other than this everything on the cab works great all the power seems to be fine I have noticed that the horizontal centering seems to be off but when I try to adjust the potentiometer it doesn't do anything. Here it is working after multiple reboots but as you will see the right side of the screen is cut off where it should be centered and I can't move it because of the potentiometer I'm thinking it might be related.

Any advice is greatly appreciated 🙏😎1CB5F4FE-75D7-449E-89DC-F44D1AF32ADA.jpeg

So the pictures above basically show what's going on. It'll start with absolute garbage and then after I leave it on for about five or 10 seconds and then cut power and reset the power and doing this about a dozen times it gradually gets better until eventually the picture is near perfect with the right side cut off

Looks like a Monitor issue, cold solder joints, bad caps, bad pots ect. If it hasn't been recapped, it would be a good time and since you said one pot didn't do anything already, a pot kit would be good. Then reflow the solder on anything suspect. If you aren't able to do a cap kit, alot of people offer the service.

Are there any reputable members in Ontario Canada?

you have some of the vertical foldover on the top, which is indicative that the monitor was probably never worked on. caps solve a great many ills with these. especially considering the original caps literally would rot. it can get bad if left alone much longer.
