I'm hoping that's all it is... Just picked up this cabinet today & am hoping I didn't pay too much for it.

looks like the video is hooked up wrong

check your connections from the game boardset to the monitor, and verify that it is hooked up correctly
 
Everything "looks" like it's hooked up correctly. I haven't had a chance to check electrically. The previous owner said that he'd had it for 15+ years, and that it worked fine a couple years ago (last time his kids played it). He also claimed to know nothing at all about how to work on them (he works on cars). The inside doesn't look like it's been touched (except by a couple rats) in years.
It may also be important to note, that it rolls, or waves.

Oh, and a question... Is there anything on any of the boards on the monitor that would be susceptible to damage when going through a board wash?

(I happen to work @ a company that builds PCB's & the audio boards I've run through our wash have come out the other side looking like new!)
