DK Jr. A couple hours from me. (UPDATE Bought The Game)

Not the best photos but was hoping for some advice. What would you value this at for a CL find given the current market on DK cabs. Considering picking it up this weekend. Im fairly comfortable with the price but want to double check here.

UPDATE - Well I bought the game. Got it for $425. Plays fine but the cab was a little worse than I was hoping. Not sure I am going to mess with any restoration on it as far at the wood goes. I'm thinking of just adding new t-mold, a new cpo overlay, maybe some side art. How did I do?

Id leave it and just replace the instruction sticker.

Perhaps work on the controls if it needed it.

Atleast you found one... I have not even found one to haggle over yet lol

the cab was a little worse than I was hoping.

They always are. Games always photograph better than they look in person.

$425 for any working Nintendo game is a deal. You did just fine. Nintendo games are pretty easy to work on because so many people have restored them. There are zillions of resources out there and nearly every part can be found or is (at least) reproduced.

Nintendo games are so hot right now and their popularity will probably never decline.

Also, this is perfect timing for DK Jr. Remix.

Looks good for the price!

Yes, put the REMIX in it for $85 and double the value of the cabinet. LOL ... consider yourself lucky. Great time to own a Nintendo these days. :)

Yeah I saw that was out now. I may have to pick it up and at some point get an original DK board too.
