DK Cocktail - Sanyo 20EZ monitor - Removing the chassis

I am removing th chassis to send it out for some repairs. This is the first time working with this monitor. It looks pretty tight and has a lot of wire and screws everywhere. Maybe I am making this more difficult than it needs to be. I just don't want to damage it any further. Any advice or suggestions for how to proceed would be much appreciated. Here are a few pics of where I am at in the current process.

I've done a few of these..just take your time disconnecting the chasis. The first time I did one I made notes on a pad. Also..label the connectors on the audio board with a sharpie..if you connect them back up wrong you will blow a cap. They are a PITA.

Good to know there was nothing obvious to easily remove it. Will take my time and take good notes/pictures.
Thanks

Also..if you ordered the delux cap kit..be prepared ..it will take awhile. Best advice.. go one cap at a time and always make sure the polarity is correct. Make sure you have a large enough workspace so you can spread out. Like any other monitor..while you have the chasis out inspect it for cold or cracked solder joints and touch them up.

I'm pretty sure all DKs came with an 18" Sanyo or Sharp.. They also came with smaller monitors too.. 18" Sanyo is almost identical to a 20EZ, but isn't 100% the same.

careful

it is easy to crack these boards. they are very old and brittle.. allow me to stress the point.."you can not be to careful" most that i recieve are broken under the flyback.. so dont grab the board there and lift.. use two hands.
