Here's what's been killing all my spare time for the last two weeks. I drew up a plan on paper, made a material list, and had Lowe's drop it all off. Almost finished with it, 12 X 16 with 8' down and 7' loft up with a full floor. Should be able to clear out my excess in the garage, my packed den, and my addition. Now i'll be able to take out the wall in the garage that seperates it from the den. Still need to pick up paint, and it ran me just under 2K.

That thing is taller than yer house! Lol.

yaaaaayyyy!!! looks good brett, you finally pulled the trigger on more space...i'll stop by and check it out next time i'm up there

Thanks guys! It is taller than my house lol I'm real happy about having more space. I've had about 50 klov members stop by to pick up cabs/games and they can't believe I work out of such a small space. I literally assemble cabs In a 4x8 space. Now ill have a 19x19 room cleared out to assemble and store customer cabs.

If you can, add a front hayloft door and a pulley. My last shed (that I miss greatly) had one and it was the best thing ever.

That's pretty cool. I'm contemplating building (or buying) something like this, but use it as the arcade. Just don't have any room in the house and this would seem like a cheaper alternative to having an addition put on.

i don't think i'd use it for an arcade, it would really need a solid foundation, and better at keeping moisture out. I pretty much finished it, i just need to paint it, hopefully this weekend. The latest project i'm on, is gutting my former arcade room into workspace for cabinets, and tearing out a deviding wall in the garage, that seperates the garage from the den, and turning it all back into garage! So that leaves me with absolutely nowhere to have games. The barn is full to the door, and i have 3 games in the house still. One is going to get the smash/burn and the other is getting knocked apart and copied for the cnc. The other is my Tron project, i gotta make it fit in the barn somehow.

I'm planning an extension off the back of my place for nextnyear after I get my tax return in. I'm going to do a concrete slab 15x70. The roof will at tact to the top of my current room and slope down at a 3 foot pitch. This should give me about 8 ft by the end of the slab. There will be a few rooms off of it. My back door will go into the biggest room, the arcade which will be about a 15x40. The other rooms are an art studio, bathroom, and pantry/laundry room. Looking forward to it!
