Divorce Sale

Sorry to hear of your situation.
It's hard to make a good situation out of a bad one...

Try to look at it this way,
When you finally decide to get back into buying arcade games you'll be buying ones better than you had before and something totally different. It will be FUN starting a whole new collection! You may even buy more games in the future than you currently own!!

If you want a jump start, trade up - marry someone RICH!

Life does get better!

Best wishes to you!

-Muel

Been there, done that when I was younger......to the tune of $70K that I didn't have! Here's my advice if it's nasty: watch your credit report for a looooong time. My ex set up credit cards in my name afterward, maxed them out and then defaulted on them! It sucks when someone knows all of your personal information. Bitches can get evil and creative.

That -IS- messed up!!

You'd have to do Lifelock or something after the divorce if you think she'd do such a thing.

I believe that you can also call all 3 of the credit reporting agancies and put your Name & SS# on "Fraud Alert"

That just sucks...

a) it's so horrible that the person MOST likely to steal your identity is probably your exp-spouse. i've heard of that credit card and home equity theft too many times...

and b) why don't they revamp the SSN system and give everyone 128 digit SSN and some other modern security encryption or something to prevent all this theft??

but MOST importantly, we're looking forward to seeing pics and hoping to buy a lot of stuff from you as you're going through this tough time. and we should all pay cash :)

yo

Going through something similiar right now. I'm in Afghanistan with the military so I'm gonna get hosed one way or another...

Sorry to hear of your situation. I wish you all the best and hope you get enough money from your sales.

She had 428k in a bank account while they were married.
The bank account was drained two months before she left.
He had to go BK to he would have a place to stay.

What a grand reward for working all your life and putting kids through college. Once all the kids left school.

Used and tossed away. it's going to be hard to start over at the ripe old age of 74.
He lives in a warehouse. Making money by doing eletrical work.

More stuff

I am setting up a photo bucket site for the pics of what I have. Be patient and I will list things better on Saturday. Pm if you have any questions. Thank you all for your support. Bill.

I bought a game from Bill this afternoon and as always he was perfectly pleasant to deal with and he gave me a great deal. This is the second machine I've bought from him in the last couple years and I definitely won't hesitate to buy from him again if the opportunity arises in the future.

Bump

I updated my post and have taken photos of most of my stuff. I have a ton of things I didn't even know I had. There will be an updated list Thursday afternoon or early evening with a link to a photo site. I may have a new thread to reflect this. Thank you for your support and check back for a mostly complete list with pricing.
