yeah apparently its not the cheap chinese garbage that's riveted and will come apart and loosen nor is the BR with the spades installed already and that is why the spades are in the link. so they are better!

I think his point is that a barrier block is not the same as a distribution block. You can get barrier blocks at Home Depot or Lowes too. With a barrier block if you want to use it to distribute to more than one lug you are going to need to add jumper wires from post to post. Whereas you would not need that with a distribution block.

Digikey has the exact parts you are looking for to create the single row barrier strip angles. (I didn't link to a single row barrier strip, as you would want to pick your length of positions.)
