I'm going to sell some Neo Geo MVS cartridges, but before I do:

What am I supposed to do with a broken cart? I've heard that just throwing out electrical items can be hazardous and/or not a good idea. Any thoughts?

If your state has a program for recycleing electronic waste then thats where I'd take it.

for just the random board i just chuck it but offer it up for free first.
in california when you buy a new tv you pay a fee to the state for electronic recycling. so if you have a buch make a pile and look in your phonebook. the guy that does it in my area picks up from my house when i have more than i can carry in my van :)

Post it for sale or free. Someone will probably take it. Some people like taking the roms off them for use in other MVS carts or to fix carts.

Hmm...

I'll consider that. I think the roms are what's bad, though, because the errors are generally with graphics and sound.

in the northern illinois unwanted arcade and parts recycler LOL..
