In a High Speed, I believe the top two 7-digit displays are numeric and the bottom two are alpha-numeric - make sure you are replacing with same.

I went with the pinscore set myself - I needed two of the alphas and a credit-match and after pricing I was money ahead replacing the whole set - plus they have a 5 year no-fault warranty and the brightness is adjustable. Marco has them for $199 for the full set including the driver board.

I was thinking I could replace the entire set, then just sell the 3 remaining working displays on ebay to recover some cost.

I don't really want to spend $199 on new displays when I only need 2 of them not 5...

The bottom ones are the numeric, while the top are alpha numeric. I only need the numeric.

If you can afford it the LED replacement display is the cheapest and the smartest way to go, as I see the glasses individually cost are like $50 a piece, where you do the whole display for $200 and forget about it :) , plus it's all plug and play with this camperjohn no soldering necessary. Enjoy!
