Discs of Tron Upright on Ebay

Well, I'd be cautious because the seller put this:

"The only other issues that I know of are that the florescent & black lights need to be replaced."

Huh? You're selling a DOT and can't even replace these to help your sale out?

havent looked at the pics but id guess 1200 bucks per your descriptions... btw on the topic of Tron, went by my local movie theater and told the manger to hold the light cycle display for me when they are done with it... said he probably could.. thing is sweet.

That translite *might* be there and just not be lit up due to the bad bulbs. You can see it thru the grill in the photo of the back of the game but I would ask the seller to confirm.

I think those blue wires across the middle have the looks of being the hack job of the front and back bulbs.

Without knowing the condition of the boards, I would say that it would be a worthy candidate to restore.

the blue wires are powering the power supply. looks like he made an adapter to tap th power without cutting the wires.

my bet, $1850

Yeah I think the translite's missing too. Of course, beggars can't be choosers and there aren't many around. Blacklights are an easy fix, and mamemarquees/gamegrafix.com makes a repro plexi monitor bezel. The problem would be the translite...I thought someone was working on one here? At least someone had the scans...maybe pass it on to Darin@phoenix and he might be able to do it? He did Tron. Still...with all of that missing, I'd go $800 tops.

not a whole lot of time on it but i say its going for $1200
