Moral of the story.. I'm saving this machine form being firewood. I've just gotten the control panel today. I need to get some pictures of the game from a few different angles.

1. I need Monitor mounting pictures.
2. Control panel area ..
3. Mirror size... And is this a two way style mirror like space invaders ...

Thats for starters...

I'm also in the hunt for the plastic bezel for the front black light, and the pieces above that... a metal strip above that. and if there is something else above that I think. I can take pictures of my game to see if that helps me figure out whats missing.

I bounced a few messages on Google groups with no bites.. you guys are my only hope.

I'm assuming your talking about the upright, not the environmental version.

Here's a pic of the control panel area.

Looks like it's going to be a hassle to get monitor pics as I'll have to remove the bezel. I'll get some pics of that later today.

Good luck finding your parts, I don't think there are any reproductions out there besides the side art.

Any pictures I can get for reference would be great. I have access to most of the art work. I can get some parts re-made if needed.. bt I gotta see what they look like first ya know... :) something is better than nothing.

Here are some pics of the monitor mounts. The mirror is a two-way, but I couldn't get measurements. I'd have to take a bunch of stuff off to get it out.

What parts can you get re-made? My blacklight cover is cracked & faded pretty good and I'd LIKE to have a nicer one. I saw somewhere that someone had refreshed the fluorescent colors on one with a highlighter, but I'll have to dig that link up.

Let me know what parts in particular you need pictures of and I'll get some good shots.

Beautiful...Can you get a few shots of the control panel area. The cabinet I got they yanked all the metal out of it. If I can get an idea of what it looks like I can make it. I saw that link on the florecent marker fix for it. when I get home I'll post that link.. I saved it. I need to find that piece for mine along with the piece above it and some sort of bracket that holds the plexi for the screen.. I need to post a pic of what I'm working with so ya get an idea..

Here is the bezel retaining bracket that holds the glass in above the control panel.

What parts of the control panel, in particular, do you need to see in more detail? I already posted a pic of it.

Told you... KLOV is a heck of a lot better than RGP Google Groups...

Also you will learn that the Arcade Guys are more helpful than the elitest Pinball collectors..

That I noticed. Thank you so much... with what I've seen so far I'm slowly rebuilding the monitor area. I need to get shots of the control panel area so I know how the bracket looks... I had this crazy though that its a common one used on most midway games... :D

Rich at Thisoldgame.com is making the CPO and the plastic housing for the lower blacklight this summer, so don't waste your time looking for one/both. He sells the sideart as well as the joystick insert. You can get a new joystick at groovygamegear.com Everything else, you're on your own. The piece above the control panel is just a painted on sheet of metal. I'm sure any of us can scan it easy enough, but not sure of the best way to go about getting it recreated. Maybe just grab a piece of metal, paint it black, use a scan and make your own stencil?

Awesome. Thank you for that piece of infromation as I will need these both as well. I have purchased some things from Rich and his stuff is very high quality.

I'll get some pics of the profile of this piece, I think the edges are curved just a tiny bit. I'll also work on a hi-res scan of this for reproduction if anyone wants to take that task on.

Here are some shots under the control panel. There are three clamps to hold it down, a metal piece under the cp light, and a slot in the wood at the front. Note the white strap keeping the cp from falling off.

I was wrong about the metal piece with the decal; it is completely flat.
Here are the dimensions:
5-15/16" tall x 23-1/16 wide x 1/16 thick
The centers of the screw holes are 1-1/4" from the top for the upper row and 1-1/4" from the bottom for the lower row.
The horizontal positions are a little weird, each side column is 2-17/32" from the edge and the middle column is 11-17/32" from each edge.

I have monitor mounting brackets from a centuri cab that look very similar to the ones in the DOT, if you want them just pay for shipping.

Shoot some pics of it... I am interested...

I got the decal above the CP light scanned it, but I don't know how to vectorize it. I have a copy at 1200 dpi; the colors need to be touched up a little as it faded some from the blacklight.

If anyone would like to vectorize it, PM me and I'll get the hi-res file to you. Or if anyone has a good tutorial, I can try it myself.

It would also be pretty easy to repro the glass bezel and the glass marquee since they're just black with some pink lines running down the sides.

Wow man you are a life saver. I see in the first picture it looks like a wood board with the notch in it for the control panel to rest in. (thats where the white strap is across) I need to get measurements... from edge on the red arrow and blue arrow. I gotta remake this board.. its missing. Thanks... You have been a great help to me!

Hey, no problem. I just picked this up recently so it's still in my garage waiting for new side art and a good cleaning. Parts and info on these are so hard to find so I'll do what I can to get it out there.

That piece you need to make is kind of weird. I took a pic to illustrate. The top is longer than the bottom because the front is slanted. But the front is a consistent 1/4" from the edge of the cabinet (where the T-molding is).

The front two corners are rounded over. At the top it is 2-11/32" wide and at the bottom, it is 1-7/16" from the front of the cabinet (so add another 3/4" to that).

The slot is also weird. The slot starts 1-1/2" from the back of the piece and it is 3/16" wide at the top and 1/8" wide at the bottom. The side of the slot closest to the cab is perfectly vertical, and the front side is slanted. It is also 5/16" deep.
