I just got the game running thanks to klov.

I made the video to ssio error when plugging in monitor plug. GENERATES WHITE SCREEN. OOPS.

TO ALL FIXING THESE GAMES:

MAKE SURE YOU PLUG VIDEO CABLE INTO MIDDLE PCB NOT THE SSIO.

THE PINS ARE HARD TO SEE AT FIRST. Missed them completely at first glance/ check.

The tip off was the connector is one pin too small but lines up with key.

Also a search for white screen tron mentioned this easy mistake.

Earlier i posted about the arcade shop switcher.

Luckily i still had +12v. Ac coming from the mcr brick assembly, so i proceeded with the install.

I powered up the game and it coins up plays etc.

But has a bright white screen only. DAMN!

Switcher is at 5.07 under load at terminals, 5.12 freestanding before hookup , and 5.07

at board connector.

All seems well no hum etc.

There is a yellow led on the super sound board.

The yellow led is not lit. Should it be?

I noticed the connector on the video output from the board is short one pin in size, but the

key lines up correctly with space between the pins.

Im close , when i hear the start up music makes it all worth while.

No, it should not be. The yellow LED will be dark during normal operation (see this FAQ).

The LED is only illuminated during SSIO RAM/ROM self-test. If you turn on SW3 #1 (enable diagnostic) and SW3 #2 (memory test) the LED should illuminate if the test passes, or blink if the test fails. Alternately there's code for an SSIO test ROM (link) that performs a much better memory test. All switches on SW3 must be off for normal operation.
