Discount tickets spammer on CL

I would like to take this guys tickets, light them on fire, and shove them up his ass sideways!! Fuckin asshole!!

It has gotten particularly bad lately.
I search arcade -fire -xbox -playstation -giants -360 -tix -tickets
PITA

Just glancing at the Detroit CL, looks like people are flagging the postings pretty quickly. :D Nice to see even though I'm sure they'll still show up, especially on less active cities.

try this for a search

arcade -xbox -wii -playstation -ticket -tickets

They have been showing up in the Milwaukee area for a bit too this seems to help.

That works good too...also add -fire to weed out "arcade fire"...although you might miss an ad stating a game is having problems with a fire button ;)

What about somebody selling an Atari Fire Truck machine? :D

Don't do -fire. Do -"arcade fire". that ay you weed out arcade fire but not Atari Fire truck.

And my search filter is MUCH longer than all you guys:

arcade -SNES -PS1 -tickets -tix -dreamcast -genesis -"screen machines" -usb -park -playstation -"memory card" -wii -wireless -iphone -xbox360 -360 -remodeling -xbox -ps2 -ps3 -psp -basketball -synthesizer -"smart cycle"-"arcade fire" -"nintendo ds" -"arcade ufo"

Yea, it's bad here in the San Francisco Bay Area as well. I've seen as many as 40-50 in a day! It has recently become much worse.

Agreed. They are now using multiple "company" names and sites, spamming 4-5 at a time, every few hours. I put quotes around company, because I tend to think this is not a legitimate business, probably just some information/cc phishing scheme. Go to one of the sites and take a look, looks pretty damn hokey and bullsh*t to me.

It's happening everywhere! Phoenix Too! But, If you go down to "Video Gaming" at the bottom of the For Sale section you can type in Arcade when the page comes up and you don't get all the ticket spammers and financing spammers either.
