I noticed after a few plays that everything, from playfield to targets and ramps were covered in some sort of black goo like stuff. After cleaning it all up, it kept returning after only a few plays. Then i realised it came from the black rubber on the spinning disc. I tried everything since then (from pure alchohol, which works best for removing the stuff) to get the rubber clean, but to no avail.
Does anybody here has had the same problem? Did you get rid of it? Or is replacing the rubber the only solution?

I have been watching mine closely - have no signs of this. When i rubbed down that disc initially with alcohol i didnt notice any flaking, etc and havent had it since.

** I did change all the black rubbers on the game to white (including the one behind the disc) too.

100 games already?!? Guess I know what you did while it rained Sat. New pin, rainy day, lots of plays, makes sense!

I was playing a tron LE at the bowling alley just days after it arrived and the rubber disc came unglued and shot out onto the playfield. Luckily the operator just happened to be there collecting coins from the other games and he took it out. There was barely any glue applied to it. Seems there are a lot of quality control issues on this game.
