I'm working on two Dig Dug boards. Both are the type B layouts, with the 3 CPU's along the back edge of the PCB. Does anyone know where I can find proper schematics? All of the ones I've found are for type A, and one even has the type B IC locations written in, but there are still several things that don't match up. Every time I find a pin stuck high or low, it ends up being one that's not used, even though the schematic says it is. I also can't find where the PD0-PD7 lines originate. They are not the same as POD0-POD7.

Thanks man, those are definitely better than what I was using. I'm a regular viewer of yours on Youtube BTW.

I got one of the boards working. The 2nd board has an odd issue with leaving a chunk of sprite data on the screen during the self test, when it should be black. It also struggles to boot up completely, and doesn't always enable the audio when it does. I found that there is activity on PD0-PD7 with the test screen up. On the working board, PD0-PD7 were low during test.

Now with the new schematics, I can see that PD0-PD7 come from the LS245 at 8P, and through two of the 2114 RAMs. So Maybe I can finally trace that back. It's hard to do some of this with just a logic probe. Stuff might be pulsing, but you don't know if it's sending the right data at the right time.
