Somebody is trying to sell me a dig dug that is in excellent condition in the original cabinent for 200 dollars and also somebody is trying to sell me a combatribes in the original cabinent for 200 dollars. Is that a steal at that price? I like both games tough decision. Which would you buy for that price? Thanks for your input.

I would go for the Dig Dug / $200.00 is a good price if it doesn't need anything, CPO is in good shape, original side art + Bezel, monitor with minimal
burn in.

A Dig Dug is much more nostalgic than a CombatTribes. You will get more "WOWs" with the Dig Dug than the CombatTribes when people come over.

I'd be all over that Dig Dug at that price. Combattribes... not so much, but if you like it the price is decent.

I don't think combatribes had a dedicated cabinet.
I did love that game back in the day, but I don't think I would pay $200 for one unless it was in a cab of a game i want to unconvert.

i've owned one and seen a few, and i believe they're all conversions. i'd say get the combatribes. it's jamma (jamma+ if you have a three player game) so you'd be able to swap games by throwing in a board. it's awesome to play multiplayer, and finally, i don't really like dig dug all that much.

What happened to the Galaxian for $200? You seem to have a bunch of people trying to sell you $200 games.

the monitor had major burn in plus he was an a-hole......not dealing with someone who is a jerk to me leaving me threatning messages......

Go with Dig Dug! Combatribes is fun (especially 3 player), but it gets old quick. It really is a quarter sucker. Dig Dug has more long term enjoyment- I still enjoy this game very much, and I have had it since 1995! (It was my first game!)

basically he originally wanted to get 300 outta the game and it wasnt selling so he said he would take 220. So i said what about 200 and he agreed and then he left me threatning messages where he was gonna come kick my a$$ and take my life and what a cheater and was robbing him blah blah blah......this dude knew nothing about arcades.....he told me I could buy a new monitor for 40 bucks!!! LMFAO!!!!!!! You get the point....but here is the link for anyone that wants to deal with this a$$....
