Difficult moments in video gaming memories

- Ninja Gaiden. Nuff said. (Pretty easy when you play it a few times and learn some patterns, I can fly though NG.)

- Dam(n) level in TMNT. (Also pretty easy with alittle practice.)

- Ditto on Mike Tyson. (Takes some practice, but I believe I can beat him in under 1:30.)

- Outside of the castle in Wizards & Warriors (You get unlimited continues right where you die, can't get much easier then that.)

Yes, any game is "easy" for us when we've played them for years. I was speaking merely in terms of moments, memories and the first time playing the games as the OP suggested.

When I was between the ages of 5-9 playing these games for the first time, it was definitely not easy.

One note about W&Ws, yes there are continues, but like I said, playing that level for the first time, it was really frustrating. Having to make it to the top of the castle without falling. Definitely annoying. Haha.

How about this one? Trying to get out of the hole in E.T for atar 2600 without falling back in?

or

certain parts of blaster master for the nes.. I just remember that being insanely hard...maybe it was something to do with the switching back and forth between the tank and normal level mode.

ugh...

I owned Blaster MAster. I think this game is coming back or already has.

Renegade on NES when that fat bitch shoots you right at the end if you mess up for a split second (instant death).

2nd run through on any CastleVania game post SotN (think they all had 2nd runs after that title).

Ikaruga after.. what, level 2?

Ikari Warriors on NES without cheats.
