Hi everyone, I have a Cruis'n USA sitdown and I'd like to hook up a California Speed PCB set with its JAMMA harness. The main Seattle PCB for Cali Speed will of course run in Cruis'n, but its harness lacks the correct connections for the controls and the JAMMA harnesses are different, so I would like to install the correct JAMMA harness.

An issue I am running into is the power supply and isolation transformer. Cruis'n uses an older PSU like this one:

California Speed's harness does not have separate connections to connect to this type of PSU. Instead there is a 9-pin molex that would connect to a PSU like this one:

The harness also has a 6-pin molex to connect to the iso transformer for AC, like Cruis'n. So basically the 2 harnesses use different power supplies but I am not sure as far as the iso transformer goes.

In my Cruis'n cab, the power cord currently plugs directly into the iso transformer first, then it connects to the PSU, monitor, etc. When I install Cali Speed's harness, its 9-pin will connect to the new PSU, and the 6-pin can still connect to the iso transformer. The current, original PSU will be disconnected entirely.

But will this setup affect the functionality of the iso transformer because the power is no longer going directly to it first? Do I need a different iso transformer? What about the power switch installed on the top of the cabinet and the one on the new PSU? Thanks.
