Did anyone go to Milwaukee this morning?

I don't recall seeing any cabarets, very small auction, was done before 1 pm, no huge bargains.

Here's what I remember:
Lotsa golden tees
Pacmania
Blastoids
Millipede
mulitigames/and cocktail ones
SI deluxe missing base
and that was the beginning line up of the first row (let's you know of the crappy selection)
other notable mentions, there was a Tapper cabinet with nice side art with some other game in it non working for 100.00, cup holders and rail was there but would have needed to be replated, missing marquee and control panel.

I didn't get anything but hooked up with Larry (Franklin) after the auction and picked up this little beauty:

I didn't make the drive. Although I'd love to know what I missed.

Listen to the auctioneer closely... I think he keeps saying" a duck a duck a duck a dont care."

Once my kid pointed about what he was saying it drives me nuts to go.

I will be in Belleville. Hopefully I can find a nice cabinet to restore. I like this auction better I get to avoid the tolls. with my trailer coming and going I pay over 25 bucks just to take the ride.

Anyone else going... last year sucked. I ended up spending my money at brewmania.

so, is the milwaukee auction always a bust now? i've only gone a couple times and haven't seen any bargains or interesting machines.

Is that Belleville auction any better?

What were the prices on the driving games? I pretty much left after the $1,000.00 48-1 multicade . Sweet deal there . And a pretty rough Stargate for 300-or was it 400. The deal of the day I thought was the Omega Race for 175 .

$1000 for a 48 in 1??!!? hahahahaha....

i assume the omega race didn't work and had acid burn. otherwise, it would have sold for $1000, too.

I was there, and yes it was a bust.

That Omega Race looked like it was just pulled from 1983.

Well, except it wasn't working quite right.

The Omega Race looked nice. Didn't have bad acid damage at all. Monitor was bad and it didn't play blind. No deals there at all. I liked the mouse skeleton in the crane game though!

I have pictures of said skeleton if anyone is interested.

Also adding that it kinda sucked this time. I was interested in one of the dart boards, but they sold for $350 a piece (at least the middle ones, which I was looking at). Too much for me at that price. The Stargate (which, arcadegamer, I believe was sold for $400) was the only other thing I was really interested in, but again, too much for me to spend right now. Here's hoping the next one is better, or at least has more games.

Stargate pin?

I'd like to hear more about the Stargate pin, as SG is on my 'Want' list... Was it really that rough? Also, what were the GT's priced at, in a dedicated cab with a decent monitor? I could use a cab/monitor...

I'll post the pictures tonight, just have to get them off my camera.

I believe most of the GT's were dedicated, but could be wrong as I didn't pay much attention to them; since I didn't play on picking one up. Same with the prices, don't really remember those offhand.

Alright, finally got the pictures of the crane game up. It came complete with skeleton and mouse poop.
