I may be getting a dedicated Die Hard this week. I already know the game is horrible but were any other games manufactured using this cabinet? I definately don't want it to stay a Die hard game.

Die hard was a Sega STV game. Check with the System 16 site, they list all of the games by hardware, maybe you'll find something you are interested in...

Die Hard Arcade, a.k.a. Dynamite Deka? You can convert it to (almost) anything listed here or here simply by swapping a cartridge and (sometimes) the BIOS EPROM. For a proper conversion you'll need a new marquee and stickers, but you won't have to even TOUCH the wiring.

-E- Sys16's ST-V page is kinda messed up. There's a bunch of stuff on there that definitely wasn't on ST-V. Still, you can probably figure it out.

I agree Die Hard is not the best game but the cab is actually a nice cab. I would convert it to a "Batman Forever" about the only STV Game worth owning for me anyway. Batman Forever would look awesome.

I have seen probably a dozen Die Hards at auction, but only a few worked and they never sold for much. Interesting cabinet, but definitely a game with a small following.

It's a great cabinet as long as your doors are wide enough to get it inside without major disassembling. Plus they are usually cheap, it is super easy to add extra buttons to the plastic control panel, and the PCB mounting area on the back door is nice enough (and large enough for CPS2 boards and other big shit).

I'm suprised someone in China hasn't made a multi-cart yet.

Wow. Am I the only one who really liked Die Hard? Man, that was a fun game. When I found out it existed for Saturn I was all kinds of happy. And I love how the two players have to battle each other at the end.

Stupid. But fun.

I like it. I just recently acquired one and it's amusing. The cab is a bit awkward with the giant metal plate on the bottom. It needs it though.

My kids actually played it for more than 5 minutes.

I thought Die Hard was awesome bitd. I use to love playing it. I still like it and part 2 as well. It's a fun beat 'em up, and I loved the QTE's where you would punch a punk out while running down the hall or something. The polygon graphics are outdated but I still like it.

You know... that sounds like a fun project. I still want to reveng the BIOS, try to figure out how the (unreleased?) multi-slot system is supposed to work. Repro ST-V multislot expansion? Yes please!

The sequel was fun, too. I think I still have the Dreamcast version somewhere. I'd like to have have a DH cabinet one day, but right now I just have the board/cart. The ST-V seems like a decent enough system though I don't have any other carts for it yet.
