You've all seen the "if you were stuck on a deserted island, which one book, record, etc. would you take with you?"

So ... with that, I pose the following question:

If you were stuck on a deserted island, which one video game would you want to have there with you?

Only one rule ... No Multicades, MultiPacs, MultiWilliams, MultiVectors, MAME, etc. It has to be one machine that plays one game!

P.S. Mine is Donkey Kong, without a doubt ... it was my favorite game as a kid and it is still my favorite game today. I play it at least 5 times a week and it still frustrates me all the time (though now the frustration sets in around the 200k mark).

DKjr. Eventually I will master Mario's Hideout and the following Keys so that I can get through it first time every time...

star trek voyager cockpit could keep the most bannanas out of the sun. I'll take that one.

Unless I had a thousand miles of extension cord, then I'd take Street Fighter 2.

Star Trek, maybe I can take it apart and build a transporter to send me off the deserted island.

If not then Robotron

I'll cast the second vote for donkey kong junior. It was the first game I bought, and will be the last one I sell.

it is the second springboard level that seems to be my eternal nemesis.

being on a island with no electricity you would have to make some gilligan's island type of bicycle to pedal power the game, so I guess paperboy is the only logical choice. :D
