Hey guys, usually I don't ask these questions but on newer pins I'm lost as far as average or fair pricing goes...

There is a CYCLONE pinball that popped up on Craigslist locally, says that it plays good, descent shape with nicks/etc. in the cabinet but all around clean.

What is the pricerange on CYCLONE pinball machines? I loved this game as a kid, played one at a collectors house in Cali last month and would love to get it! No effin' room I'd have to axe another cabinet or two but I'd really like a newer pin with the theme I like...

He's asking $1100, I'm pretty sure I won't get it since the cash isn't in my pocket and I have bills, but I'm curious how good of a deal this is and maybe after next payday or selling a couple machines if he still has it I can pull the trigger.

Any help or advice is appreciated... Thanks!!

That's a good price for one that is plug and play (not necessarily shopped). As long as it isn't worn out and doesn't have any major problems, 1100 is fair.

pin

I would say between 800.00 and 1500

Make sure the Ferus wheel works right thats the major problem with that pin.

If the ball keeps getting stuck in that and it's not working right it's no fun period.

BTW Karl you want pins now lol
I guess you better start selling/trading some stuff off!

I paid $600 for one last month. It had just been shopped out and worked for all of one day before it had issues. Haven't gotten back to looking it yet but it might be a fairly easy fix like loose wires or something. I am no expert when it comes to fixing pinballs as evidenced by my other pinball that hasn't worked in months.

Game looks pretty nice, very little wear and complete.

The "shopping out" was done by CA Robinson, a supposedly reputable place around here but when I picked it up from there, the dudes working there were spending most of their time throwing burnt out bulbs and other shit at each other. I guess they've laid off more than half the people who worked there, but it seems like they may have laid off the wrong people.

The operator who took it there for repairs went bankrupt and couldn't pay the repair bill. So he had me pay the repair bill ($600) and take it away. Seems hard to believe that the repair bill was that much, but that's what it was. I have a list of what they did to it and it added up really quickly I suppose.

The game is really in nice shape though. I would not pay much more than that for this game, maybe up to $800. There have been a few for sale locally around here and they were asking $900-$1100 and not getting it.

some guy is selling one that needs very little work (bulbs change andsuch) for $2200.
check that.....listing it, not selling it. He aint selling that bitch for $2200.

I just got my jokerz (same year production) for $495.

In my unexperienced opinion $1100 is pretty decent.
especially if you WANT it.

I wouldn't sell my Cyclone for less than that. At the same time I wouldn't buy one for that.

It's a decent price if it's in nice condition and shopped out but not a steal by any stretch.

Just my $.02
