I've tried everything I know how, but I still can't find any ops up here. I know there are some. So if it isn't a closely guarded secret, can any one help me out? Feel free to PM if you don't want it to be public knowledge...

I sent this thread link to an oper I know in the Denver area.

the game exchange (off 6th and bryant) (gameexchange.biz) sells classics as well, but their prices are rather high and shitty.

I used to live in Boulder and bought my first game (Joust) from Jeff at Tattoine Electronics in Cheyenne, WY. He had a lot of games then and had been in the business a long time, but that was about 8 years ago. He is a good guy, tell him I sent you and I am nearly certain he will remember me- if he hesitates tell him "Zach the dude you sent the 720 to Michigan for" (that was my third game). He is a good guy and will probably think you are nuts if you are overly excited about arcade games, which I always found funny.

There was also a place in Golden that sold games. I think it was called "something" Trading Post.

Thanks all! Time to start making some calls...

I think you are thinking of "Foss". Was it an old timey general store? If so, they went out of business a few years ago. Pitty, I loved that place.

Yup, that is the one. Bummer they went under, it was a cool old store. I sure miss CO- really loved living out there.

yepp - foss drug. i bought a very clean pac from them 10 years ago and picked up a tmnt pin from them in '05. too bad they closed down. they were a great drug store. i always used to go there after taking the coors tour so i could play a few games and sober up before driving home.

I used to go there all the time when I was in high school to buy die cast cars. They had an awesome selection. I would drool over the arcade machines too thinking I would never have money to buy them. I remember they had a Viper pinball for $1k that I was trying to buy for then girl friend (now wife) since she loves Vipers. Wish I could find one now lol.
