I installed a NiCad into my Qix. Yay! I turned it back on and the picture was all screwed up. I fixed, it but could someone tell me the definitions of all of these for an Electrohome?

Vertical Position
Vertical Line
Vertical Height
Horizontal Frequency

The Red Blue and Green "cut offs." What do they cut off?

Of course, Qix is a vertical game, so the orientation threw me off but I am past that now. And sure, I am 99% sure I know what vertical height does, but I thought I'd get a good set of definitions and then archive the info someplace.

Thanks in advance to anyone who has a sec to impart some wisdom my way. :)

V. Pos - Alters the vertical positioning of the image on the screen.

V. Lin - Alters the vertical linearity of the image. See this pic for an example of bad linearity:

V. Height - Alters the vertical size of the image.

H. Freq - More commonly known as Horizontal Hold. Adjust this if your picture is scrolling sideways.

I'm not good enough with words to explain cutoff. If you look at the following picture, the blue cutoff needs to be adjusted because all of the colour bars aren't visible.

Awesome - thank you. That clears some things up, I really appreciate it. :) I also realize that I have had a Mr. Do! that is out of alignment for years, and I now know how to fix it.
