I have a Defender with what I assume is an original WG arcade monitor.
Ressurrected conversion cab that is jamma and I normally run a JROK which looks great.
The jrok runs with the h and v syncs directly on jrok going to the pos h and v posts on monitor pcb.

I am trying to get a new 19n1 pcb running in it but having difficulty.
The image syncs but the left side of image starts 2/3 of way to right of monitor screen so the right side of image wraps around and ends on the first 1/3 of monitor.

I have tried all 3 horizontal raster positions.
I have tried pos h, pos v, and both together to the white sync on jamma harness.
I have confirmed the dip is set to cga on pcb.

Do i possibly need to hook up the negative h and or v syncs from the monitor pcb?

it says this on it- 19K4906

so a 19-1 needs to have the white jamma sync go to both of the negative h/v sync posts?
which is different than what the jrok used, per above.

well it's worth noting that Defender will use the positive sync pins (the cluster where the RGB goes) and the JROK will use only the negative horizontal sync pin for the composite sync, which is the 3 pin set.

you lucked out getting a 4900 too. my Defender has a 4600 which looks beautiful but all the pots need a bath!

19-in-1 is probably negative composite SYNC. Connect the single SYNC wire to both negative vertical and horizontal pins on the 4900.

I read wrong, thought there was a JROK lol. regardless yes it should only use negative composite sync.
