Could someone with a stainless steel door on their Defender measure the wood distance top to bottom. coin door cutout to top and also cut to the bottom.

I am switching from a black door to a ss door.

There is exactly 5/8 of a gap to fill, so I need to know is it on top, on bottom, or split the difference.

Thanks

Still waiting
After I fix the base tonight I need this measurement,
Somebody measure theirs
Please......

I have limited access to the cabinet being my Defender has shit stacked all around it but I measured the inner diameter of the frame. It measured 12" wide by about 9.5-9.75" tall give or take a cm. Should be safe at 9.5" being you can always sand some more off.

Thanks for the reply, but I have both coin doors
My cab originally had a black door I am switching to a stainless one and have 5/8 of a gap to fill in the current coin door cutout
(black is taller than stainless by 5/8 top to bottom they measure the same width)

I need to know how much distance from the top of a stainless door cut to the top where the cp attaches or conversely I could get by by the measurement from the bottom of the stainless coin door cut to the bottom of the front panel (wood)

Does that make sense?
Thanks again

Okay, I measured mine. From top of front panel (where it hits the CP) to the top edge of the outer metal frame of the door (the four metal pieces that "line" the hole) is 26mm. From the bottom edge of the lower frame to the bottom edge of the front panel is 128mm.

See picture (not my Defender).
