I have a Defender cabinet that's been hacked up and jammatized. I've ripped everything out and trying to bring it back to life. I'm not sure where to hook things up on this iso though. There are a ton of lugs and I'm not sure where to hook up the two lines from my line filter and I'm not sure where to connect the two lines that go up to the G07 either. Can anyone help me out?

Edit: Should I leave lugs 2 and 3, and 6 and 7 jumpered together like that?

That's not what's commonly called an "iso", or isolation transformer. A "common" iso (only) has just one pair of input wires, and one pair of output wires, and a 1:1 turns ratio so the output is the same as the input.

You picture is a multi-winding transformer, likely having multiple input taps and several output taps, including a center tap. (it also happens to have 1:1 windings in it too...)

I pulled the Defender schematic (from arcarc) and it appears to be original for Defender.

Yes, the lugs connected together should be that way.

Looks like the isolated output for monitor power is on lugs 9 & 10.

Refer to the schematic for the input and rest of the output lug connections...

If you have the Defender drawing set, it will have the wiring diagram that will explain how the wiring to the transformer was done. You can get the Defender drawing set at arcarc.xmission.com.

For reference here is a clip from the manual:

As you can see 2&3 and 6&7 should be wired together.

These are very easy to rewire correctly, and you can still get the molex connectors at Radio Shack for this part. The 12 position Molex female .093 is what goes on your Transformer wiring.
