This is my 1st post and I want to thank jehuie for recommending me on this site.

OK, so I am really a Defender Arcade Game addict. I now have 2 Cocktail Tables and 1 Upright Arcade. After buying my latest Cocktail Table from jehuie, 4 days later I was able to take the best part from the 2 machines a complete the restoration of one of the cocktail tables. It looks Brand New with new paint Inside and Out. The factory only painted the outside as they were mass produced. I also had to fix the coin door mechanism so it could accept Quarters and put in lights and a lock for the door. Attention to detail is the name of the game.

I must say that it looks better than new. In fact I will call it a Collectors Edition. This is not a Toy (LOL). Only for those collectors that dream about fighting Baiters 4 and 5 at a time. Made for the Gameroom of us old guys. Must be a Defender Addict to appreciate.

As I am having trouble uploading all the pics (65), you can see all the Restore Photos at my PhotoBucket account here:

damn nice job, welcome to the site.

Jehuie, the following parts were used from your Cocktail Table:

- Both Control Panels
- Transformer and Power Supply (But not the White wood Mount)
- Wiring Harness
- 1 Speaker
- Coin door Mechanics (not the wood door or faceplate)
- All of the other PCBs
- And the Monitor/PCB and its mount

I used all new screws and Stainless Steel ones where possible. Everything is tight and in proper working order, including the lock and key for the coin door. Even Quarters glide through like a new machine.

The only thing I need for it is the Table Top lock, and a slimmer, quieter fan. Also, if anyone has the top of the coin box, that would complete this build!!!
