This cab belongs to a friend of mine.
He didnt have the tools or know how to get the cab solid again.
I told him to drop it off and ill fix it up.
He paid for the materials.. he still hasnt paid me for the marquee.
I havent seen him since i finished this cab. I did the labor for free.

It had alot of edge chipping and swelling.
the control panel was gone.. i had to make a new one from scratch.
the monitor was gone.. i built a burn free tube swap.
the T molding groves were shot.

Missing coin door
Missing marquee

Stripped the cab, repaired the bottom , aquired some parts.

When he got the cab back , he put his controls in it, blocked the cab down
and added a CPO.

I spent a couple days with this cab , should last him a long time now.

what type/finish black paint did you use? i have a defender cabinet that is need of some touch ups and partial respray and am considering rustoleum gloss black oil based

thats what i used,, I rolled it on heavy then i blocked it down with heavy scotch brites on a small sander.
It kinda works as a filler , gets rid of pinholes in bondo and small voids in the wood.

also the blue and grey t molding were used temporary to check the t molding grooves i had
to recut.
