Wondering if anyone has a picture of a dedicated MK showcase cabinet?

I picked one up, but the sideart was painted over with black. Planning on converting it back to a MK. Not sure what version of MK it is, but I can definitely see the outline on the sides.

As far as I am aware, there was no dedicated showcase cabinet of MK, just the full upright. I have seen MK4 in what appeared to be dedicated showcase form.

You should be able to tell from the front of the machine which it is. Theres a lip on the front of the MK2 [and up] machines FWIK.

The original MK machines had like an octaganal shaped front. The corners were like flatened out.

Can't wait for pics, but until then...I take it you're talking about these. I am imagining someone at some point made it a MK, but I *really* don't think Midway utilized these for their MK production.

possibly a mk4 showcase? (i've seen these)

i've never ever seen any of the others in showcase cabinets but there's a first for everything. (i might have seen a mk3 but i highly doubt it).

The only MK that had dedicated showcase type cab was MK4.

heh beat me to it.

MK4 was the only game they did more than one cabinet for. There was the regular dedicated one and the 39" one that someone posted a link to above. They made a hell of a lot less of the 39" ones than of the regular version. I think one of the test games we put out was a 39" one.
