Came across these pictures. Cramped, but pretty neat, huh?

Thats pretty cool..never seen one of those in person..if only nintendo would have done maybe a silkscreen top glass on their cocktails as opposed to the cheap looking decals..they would be more sought after..IMO!

I knew I wasn't crazy.
I remember playing Mario Bros in cocktail form as a kid at an old movie theater. I just assumed later on it was conversion.

If anybody has pics of a dragons lair mini so as I can wash off insane stamp.

I like the japanese pole position cockpit.

When I was in Japan in 1995 - they had TONS of arcades... however, there was nothing from the 80s.

Hello, Moon Patrol.

Agreed, if the artwork covered the entire span of glass I think it would make a huge difference in collectability.

I agree, but it does fit Nintendo's style of cocktails....I think the most alluring part of it are the control panels. Cool idea but wow would that be cramped. The cabinet could fit nicely against the wall tho, taking up less space than a traditional cocktail.

Definitely submit that photo to the database.

that mario bros table is the same basic cab as the dkjr/popeye cocktails that were released here in the US.

I have already had mario bros in my popeye ct, works great. i just reversed the wires for player 2 left and right. it was a little weird playing luigi upside down, but not that bad.

i wonder what the put over the hole where the player 2 cp would be.

Its probably a good thing that it wasn't widely available over here. ops here in the states would have had a hard time turning that into street fighter.

I have never liked Nintendo cocktail tables. The Controls are too hard to use and that just looks like no fun trying to play two players at the same time unles you like banging elbows.

Whoah... these pictures were on that Japanese arcade site...
